1892 - Company incorporated as Foster Stove Company
1899 - Marting purchases Aetna Furnace and creates Marting Iron & Steel Co.
1912 - Marting Iron and Steel Co., Ironton Iron Co., and Lawrence Iron Co., merge under the name of the Marting Iron and Steel Co.
1914 - H.A.Marting re-elected president of Marting Iron Co, Foster Stove, and Ironton Iron
1935 - Foster Stove Company purchases patents, tooling and trademarks for defunct Favorite Piqua's Range products
1950s - Ironton Castings Co. purchases Foster Stove and Repair Company Plant Number 2 building
