Asking for help again. A few months ago I spent $5.00 to buy the 10" x 18" (cooking surface) reversible griddle shown in the attached photos. Looked old to me. Fairly thin and weighs 10 lbs. 10.125 oz.. There is a protrusion / bump-out on one of the long sides used to collect fat on the grill side. From looking at many photos of old griddles, this alone seems to be rare. The two handles seem to have been given some design features - curved arcs on each end. The only mark anywhere on the the griddle is a "1" on the smooth side of the griddle shown in the closeup photo of the handle. I am wondering whether anyone has seen a griddle like this or sees something to help indicate the maker and the age. Would appreciate any insights.
