Unmarked reversible griddle

Asking for help again. A few months ago I spent $5.00 to buy the 10" x 18" (cooking surface) reversible griddle shown in the attached photos. Looked old to me. Fairly thin and weighs 10 lbs. 10.125 oz.. There is a protrusion / bump-out on one of the long sides used to collect fat on the grill side. From looking at many photos of old griddles, this alone seems to be rare. The two handles seem to have been given some design features - curved arcs on each end. The only mark anywhere on the the griddle is a "1" on the smooth side of the griddle shown in the closeup photo of the handle. I am wondering whether anyone has seen a griddle like this or sees something to help indicate the maker and the age. Would appreciate any insights.

I would tend to disagree about it being all that old. Vintage era long griddles didn't have the ridges nor were they reversible. Google image search and Lens return many quite similar, but not this exact one.

When using those long griddles on two burners of a gas stove is there an issue with cold spots between the burner areas?

Yes, somewhat cooler between the burners. You learn to deal with it. You can sometimes use it to your advantage depending on what you are cooking.
