Axford or Lodge?

Was wondering who made this skillet. The front looks Axford, but the back looks lodge.

Lodge catalogs from the 1930s list it as both "Axford Top-O'Stov Broiler" and just "Top-O'Stov Broiler".

Thanks Doug. From what I read, and how the skillet is marked, it was probably one of the earlier pieces that lodge produced for Axford.
