Wagner 9" Chef Skillet

I am so thrilled with this find! It cleaned up beautifully and is flat! It a small chef skillet at 9" but should have many uses. I think it may be 1950's but I'm not absolutely sure. Hope I got the link thing correct. First time trying imgur.

Perfect. I'm guessing the "thumb print" where the handle meets the skillet is to aid the Chef in pouring from the skillet ? I like it...keeper, user.

Thumbrest gives (supposedly) more secure grip/control for classic saute technique.
 
I have that same square skillet with the glass lid. Didn't buy together got lucky and picked up the glass lid at Goodwill for a couple dollars. It's my bacon skillet. I cut my bacon in half and it holds more than a round skillet.
