    I checked... my biggest CI skillet is a Wagner 1060 (#10). It cooks a lot of stuff. It's been in the family since, probably, the 1950s.

    I would go with the 10. It's in slightly better shape and around here the bigger skillets don't show up as often as 8 and below.
