Thrift store find, any ifnormation would be appreciated

Picked this up today. Still needs to be restored. Any thoughts on manufacturer and age would be appreciated. Thanks!

Older pans like this with no name are virtually impossible to ID as to maker. This one is odd for having the size number and ostensibly a molder's mark outside the heat ring. It's hard to tell whether or not there is a bottom gatemark, which would be expected on a pan of this handle style; maybe the sulfur pitting has obscured it.
