"shiny" MI-PET #3

Hi I picked up this #3 MI-PET cast iron pan. I thought it was unusual given that it was shiny. I found a little bit about MI-PET, but I haven't seen one of these before. Trying to gauge it's value.

Nickel plated. Unfortunately, plated pieces only exceed the value of bare iron counterparts if the plating is intact, i.e. NOS.
