Problem with Safari (iMac) 17.4.1

The tabs to select different parts of the site aren't working in Safari 17.4.1. The tab for the forum doesn't even show. Has Apple screwed things up, again?

I had to use Firefox to post this.

Things to try:
Make sure the URL begins with https:// not just http://
Clear cache and cookies for the site, then reload page.

It kind of looks like a css rendering problem, but no issues on either Firefox or Chrome here. The menu uses both css and javascript.

I can still get here with Firefox. https://, clear cache and cookies doesn't work.
