Hello all!

I recently discovered cooking with cast iron and it didn't take long to discover how desirable vintage cast was. After some reading and youtube video's I've acquired 5 older pieces this week... I have lots to learn about cleaning and seasoning...

I'm exciting about this new collecting hobby (my wife... not to much) and I look forward to the journey :-)

I can relate. My wife says its too heavy for her to lift, so if I go first, it's going with me. Will be a very heavy coffin. (LOL)
