Hi.
Im Rose.I just started cooking with cast iron.I was fed up with buying new pans every other year.Im loving it.Just made beacon and eggs and both were perfect.I love the easy clean up too.
I also bought an alabaster? Pan that i use for poached eggs.They cook perfectly if u use a cover and a bit of cooking spray.They pop right out with a wooden spoon.
Also bought what i thought was a corn bread pan today for $5.00.It is made by w b and co.I,ll try it out tomorrow.

Hi, Rosemary. What is an alabaster pan? A skillet made out of alabaster? A brand name?

I think she means a Aebleskiver Pan.

I saw that.I hope people shop around before they spend that kind of money.Ive found very little on the company though.What i know comes from that guys description of the pan.
