New member from CA. I've used modern cast iron in my camping gear and on my home BBQ for several years. My father-in-law just recently gave me an intriguing piece of vintage cast iron, and my research brought me to this site. I know it's Wagner from Sidney, Ohio and perhaps is pre-1920, but that's about it. There's an "8" stamped at the opposite end - both stampings are placed on the bottom. The cooking surface (other side) is black and appears well seasoned and in good condition. Any additional info about the history of this piece is appreciated. Thanks.

Sources place your particular griddle's style and markings ca. 1910-20. In good shape (not warped, cracked, or pitted) ~ $40.
