at making corn bread in a fry pan. Making a Stuffed Cornbread Dressing from a Lodge recipe. My thumb caught the edge of the corn bread when I turned it back over. AKA Sample. Pan came out clean as a whistle.

Cut it up into 1"quares or smaller last evening. Goes in the oven to get toasted this morning, then mixed with several other ingredients to the Stuffed Cornbread Dressing. Lodge recipe from their web site. Their corn bread mis is a bit price with shipping but a whole bunch better mix thatn the local stores carry.
