Hi, I am Wondering if anyone knows the production history of this 10" Lodge Skillet and what its top is called but seems my pics aren't loading so...anyway, the top of my skillet has holes in it, for steaming I assume but any extra info would be great.
Thanks
The holes have been drilled for some purpose. Not factory. Cast iron vessels with perforated lids are usually stovetop humidifiers. The skillet and lid are post-1993.
