Hi all! I'm pretty new to cast iron. Ok...really new. I didn't grow up with it. The only person I ever saw use it was my best friends mom. My mom and grandma said it smells funny. So they didn't use it. I got a set what I assume to be cheap cast iron given to me. Then I bought a new lodge 12". And yesterday I got my great great aunt's Griswold's and a skillet and Dutch oven that I don't know who made. I don't know too much about it, but I've been researching and reading around and I'm excited to learn more!
