Stumbled on to this site. Own a Finex 12" and 8" Skillet. Love them. Just found some junk cast iron that I have sanded. Hoping to do some research here on when the cast iron I found was made, by who and get a feel for those who have experience with cast. I love the stuff but I am not professional.

Thanks for the returned hello's.

I have included a picture of the cast iron that I found in the garbage. My gut feeling is that it is a licensed set produced for Canadian Tire or Cabellas. Any guesses? Or do I have to go searching the forum for clues? Only identifier is the size on the handle and a big maple leaf on the bottom.
