If a web search for the answer to your cast iron cookware question has brought you directly to this forum, the information you seek may be covered in one of the many reference topics featured on the main website.
I came across a person with about 50/60 SK,DO and stuff I do not know. There is Griswold, Wagner, and a few other named items. I have pictures, and I looking at buying the whole lot. Looking for help on value.
Seems to be a mix. There's some Asian pieces in there. What might be a plated Griswold under the rocking chair leg. Definitely some good vintage stuff there. Question is what's the condition. Worth going to take a look at.
If the seller allowed it the first thing I would do is remove all the asian pieces into a pile. Then while checking condition of the rest sort them into marked and unmarked piles to give yourself an idea of what all is there to help determine value before starting any negotiations.
Can you pick and choose or is it an all or nothing deal?
