Hello all, been collecting and cooking with cast iron for years. I have some third generation skillets and enjoy outdoor dutch oven cooking. I use some spider skillets that are over 100 years old. I like anything with a gate mark. I like to take a old piece that no one sees any worth in and restore it to useable shape. I like to stack my dutch ovens for some great food and to show off.
