Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Kathy S. I first got interested in cast iron about a year ago. Most of my purchases are from estate auctions. I'm trying to educate myself, but finding out that the more I delve into it, the more I'm finding out how little I know. Thank you for providing this website, it is very useful. It's nice to hear from you folks that have the same interest. I want to add that although I call myself a user, (cast iron, of course) I'm finding out that it's hard for me to walk away from any cast iron cookware, even sizes that I already possess.
