I have been collecting cast iron for a little bit. I use all my pieces for cooking. I am phasing out all my "regular" pots and pans and using cast iron exclusively.

I got rid of any aluminum and Teflon coated pans and replaced with cast iron. Fun to use and good for you!

Yes, I no longer use Teflon skillets any more. I can't get my husband to switch. He's too lazy to clean the skillet right after he uses it. I use and enjoy every piece I have.

Hmm. I have a few Wear-Ever & Magnalite aluminum sauce pans I use all the time, but the rest is all cast iron.
