Hello, John. This is the place to find out lots about CI, and I bet you'll see pieces you never knew existed! I surely have, and I've been collecting and cooking in CI for more than 30 years. Remember, a skillet is just a skillet, 2 skillets are a pair, and three (or more) is a collection--I'm pretty sure the doggone things multiply when you aren't looking.:) Welcome to our addiction!
