Google Lens found an identical piece by "Rosenlew Finland. designed by Timo Sarpaneva", but the DO it found has a different TM. eBay has some with the TM yours does described as being the same. They appear to be originally equipped with a curved and notched wooden yoke inserted across the "ears" for handling.
