Candlestick candle holder - Please take a look

Hi, found this the other day, detailing looks like art deco. It stands 15 inches tall. I don't see any maker marks. Any thoughts on age? Where it may have been made? Value?

If it was something that happened to have been produced by one of the major CI cookware manufacturers, there might be a possibility of identifying such an item. Unless someone here also happens to collect other types of cast iron items, I don't think we'd be doing much more than uneducated guessing.
 
Thanks for the replies! I haven't seen anything like it before, so any guesses would be welcome! While a maker would be hard to nail down, I'd love to hear any thoughts on how and when it was made. Looks like it was made in at least 3 pieces and welded together. Can anyone guess a time period?
