Brick oven+ cast iron+big bird= tasty awesomeness.

That looks awesomely good, lol....I dont know if I could cook in that brick oven, I mean not something that big. I have never tried either so......anyways thats a killer oven! And the bird!
 
Dad built it when my sisters and I were kids. We mostly grill stuff in it when it's nasty out, but the bigger stuff isn't too hard. Get a good bed of coals going, and pop in the roaster with the bird in it on a rack. You have to keep water in the pan or it'll catch fire. Once the color is right, tent it with foil until it's the target temp.
