I was searching the Web for information on some cast iron manufacturers and fell upon this site. I have a Javelin and 2 GSW frying pans. I know that Javelin is from Quebec but have no other info. As for GSW, what is on line is confusing and I can't seem to be able to date the pans. Can anyone out there help me. Also, I have a McLary dutch oven. Thank you
