Albert Benchoff 12" Menard Texas W/ Spider Legs, Lid and Handle

I picked up this piece yesterday and plan to do a full usable restoration. I searched quite a bit online for other similar ovens but came up empty handed. Any information on this piece would be greatly appreciated. The piece is in great condition with the lid sitting very flat and making a great seal.

Marked - ALBERT BENCHOFF MENARD TEXAS 12 IN

I found obituaries for Mr. Benchoff, but nothing tied to the foundry, date frame, collectability. etc.

Jared, Did you find anymore information about the Benchoff foundry? I also had a Benchoff and found little information. I realized hour rare it was and the piece I had went to the Menard museum. The lid looked the same as yours. The Albert Benchoff building is currently being restored. https://www.txheritage.net/benchoff-building
