So I scored a Wagner 8 waffle iron with base for $15.50 on ebay. My plan is to clean it up and give it to my wife as a christmas present. We have learned she loves waffles but all modern waffle makers that dont break the bank are terrible. Is the cleaning process the same as a pan? I have an electrolysis tank set up at the moment, so itll be cleaned there. How should I go about seasoning considering the wood handles? Thanks in advance!
