WAPAK Scotch bowl! ERIE GHOST MARK?

Wapak was a notorious copier, using pans of more than one other maker as patterns. Scotch bowls didn't have lids made for them, as they were made for cooking foods requiring constant stirring; if a cover was needed, a tin one was used. Your lid is for a Favorite DO. and has spent a fair amount of time underwater or buried.
