Does anyone have any information about this? I looked all over the internet and can only find a Tecumseh foundry that manufactures auto parts.

Many think the Tecumseh might refer to Tecumseh, MI, but it's not known for certain. Many pieces have ghostmarks, often Erie.
 
I have a Tecumseh #10 skillet. I also have hit a road block on info. All I can seem to come up with is exactly what you have. I have seen #7,9&10 skillets, a scotch bowl and now your kettle. I have seen that most of these have Erie ghosts but I have also seen Tecumseh ghosts on Wapak pans. The pans seem to be made using an Erie pattern. Its odd to me that this foundry has produced a fairly extensive line of cookware, yet has hardly any available info.
