here is my old lodge cast iron wok I bought 20 or 25 years ago cooking sukiyaki. my dad was stationed in japan in the 50s and he learned a lot about Japanese life including the language.
 
That dose look good, I think you had room for 1 or 2 slices of red pepper on top of the noodles:) that dose give me some thoughts on supper tonight tho.
 
Yep, that does look good. Hope you don't have to stir :eek: Looks like that might just be ready, to dig in !
 
yea my wife cooks it and by the time she is through it is a full pan. the meat is under the vegetables. by the time it cooks down it shrinks up some.

Is that recipe something we mere mortals could make? If so, please post it. I would like to give it a shot.
