Small Cast Iron Hammered Skillet - What Foundry?

Here is one of my first hammered cast iron skillets. It is cast in a very fine smooth sand and is polished on the inside and it is well made. It measures 6 1/2" across the top and the bottom cooking surface is 5" and the exterior flat surface is 5 1/2" The only marks I can see are two small indented holes on the underside of the handle. I have attached a few pictures. Any idea who made this and when?

Appears to be Wagner, although marked versions exist. Hammered finish ware is an odd segment of 20th century cast iron. Many pieces by known makers, identified through anecdotal evidence, are unmarked or are marked in a way inconsistent with the rest of the maker's line. None seem to be listed in old catalogs as well. The period of popularity was apparently short.
