Max life for E tank

Well, I have finally done it. I have finally reached the end of my electrolysis solutions service life. I have probably cleaned over 40 pieces in my 13 gallon trashcan set up before it started tripping the battery charger. The pieces weren’t touching at all (sides, bottom, or each other) The solution looks like a really nasty pot of gas station coffee. Time to dump it and start a new batch!
 
I have done hundreds without changing the solution. Makes me wonder what is happening with your setup.
