It's Hog cooking day!

Wow, that cauldron is HUGE, and in great shape, with the stand....very nice. I like scrapple sometimes, I fry mine and eat it alone of with eggs.
 
Scrapple.... are you from Pennsylvania/Mid-Atlantic area? My parents liked scrapple but I never acquired a taste for it. That pot could make a LOT of Jambalaya.
