Is there a way to identify who makes this?

We know what this is just not who made it. Found it in a small thrift shop today in Silvan Washington. I find tons of cast iron here for cheep. This is a Scandinavian area with a lot of history. I was told it is a Wagner, any thoughts? For $4 buck I dint think i could go wrong so it is Scandinavian cookies for Christmas this year! No clue........Griswold made Patty Molds. Maybe this is the same?

AFAIK, Wagner only made deep irons like the Griswolds shown here: https://www.castironcollector.com/forum/threads/griswold-patty-mold.4348/
a set of shallow irons in playing card suit shapes, and another set with round, hexagon and heart shapes.
