Inherited a few pans need ID.

Cleaning out my deceased Aunts house and came across three pans. One was a Wagner Ware M1058 F will post later as it is covered in Easy Off. The second is a 6.5" unmarked although I think it's a Wagner as well. I cleaned and re seasoned and I think it came out great. The last is what I think is a Cowboy skillet? I have not tried to clean or re season it yet and not sure I should? It also seems to have a bit of a dent in the center. I suppose I could correct that with a rubber mallet?

The #3 is an unmarked Wagner, possibly also sold labeled as Griswold. The other pan is stamped steel not cast iron, so there's not really any discussion of those here. If you want to flatten its bottom, I'd lay a piece of 2x4 flat on it and strike that with the mallet to spread the impact.
