The best IDs are made from seeing the entire bottom of a pan, including handle, and both the top and the underside of the lid if there is one.
I have seen this piece, but a skillet cover with spout ears before, and the underside of the lid has random dimples for basters. The only other to use them was BSR, but this has no other characteristics of BSR.
