ID help

I'm guessing this recent find falls in the "pre-1900, foundry unknown" category. Still, has anybody found one like it, or have any other info? Also, is the SE on the bottom a molder's mark, or abbreviation for a foundry? Didn't see anything in the Foundry list that looked like a match.

I've seen that "tornado funnel" rib on the handle attributed to Blacklock before, but like most things related to Blacklock I don't know what to believe :)

I don't know if any of those were ever gatemarked, though. Probably not?

Everything about it to me says recast. The definition of the molder's marks leads me to believe they were placed by the recaster.
