My wife has a gluten allergy and I have been experimenting trying to get things to rise. I made brownie's in this 8" cast Iron pan and pre-warmed it. The best batch yet! As you can see from the photo she had a hard time waiting to sample. Merry Christmas!

In July, I made gluten-free apple pie in a dutch oven for our Boy Scout troop. It was, of course, excellent and delicious!
