Found this yesterday. Price seems high at $69.50, but I like it nonetheless. If you look very closely, just below the logo, you can see a ghost of a "WA xxx". I almost want to say WAPAK, but only a temptation.

Any ideas on age, value?

The ghosts are much easier to see on the piece than in the low resolution cell phone images.

Not "WAPAK", but "WARE", from the older block letter trademark. The date range on the tag is correct (for all of FPW), the smiley logo can be assumed to be from the latter part of that range. No BB at hand, but would guess it says something more like $35-50. Think they'd take an offer? I got 20% off my last piece just for asking "what's the best you could do on this?"
 
Thanks, Doug. You confirmed what I suspected on age and value. And "WARE" makes a lot more sense.

All the stuff in this mall is on consignment and there's a policy against discounts ... unless you contact the owner of the item directly. I'll see what I can do.
 
We have one of those managed facility/absentee dealer operations in my area. Never buy much from there for exactly the reason you mention. The people at the counter can only check you out.

I was pretty close: BB $50.
