Looking to id this cornbread pan. Any history would be appreciated thanks.

There is C V P stamped into bottom

A lot of copying seen using the gem pans of other makers. This appears based upon either a BSR or a Wagner Krusty Korn Kobs pan, but the handles are crude and unlikely to be from any known maker (although known makers did sometimes unapologetically use competitors' pans for patterns).
