Corn Stick Pan ID

I looked around and I can not find any examples of this corn stick pan, anyone know possibly who produced this pan and approximate age?

No idea on maker, but gut feeling says imported and not all that old.

I wouldn't use the prices on that site to figure out value though.

Not to worried about the value, but more interested in the origin of the pan, and its age.
