Before and after

I recently lost my mother and her cast iron was sentimental to me. I got two wonderful items to eventually pass down to my children from her. They needed a little love, and I'm proud of how the first one came out so I wanted to share. I know it will get even darker with more use and it will be used a lot.

The last picture is of the second one (I haven't started this one yet. It needs stripping badly 😁
