Any info on this Dutch oven

I can’t find any info on this old Dutch oven. Most think it’s an import. I’ve never seen this lid design before. No drip things on the insode
Of the lid. Bottom of the pot had markings but I can’t make them out

The hobnail effect is unusual. The tab handle means the maker didn't have the technology to do a loop handle. Not by any US maker I'm aware of.
