I just don't get the purpose of a skillet much smaller than a #5. Can someone explain a good use for a #3. Even to cook an egg they're pretty small. Based on the number of listings for #3 skillets on eBay maybe no one else has a good use for them either. I had been buying them when I'd put together a set but I've just decided to stop
