2 rows of five marks on my 17? Gallon pot.

My old kettle, cauldron or pot. Holds about 2 and half five gallon buckets of water. I don't know much about. I purchased it at an auction. When I was getting it ready to be reseasoned I noticed no straight marks. I'm un familiar with these marks. Now I'm curious just how old it is. I use it around 10 times a year for various stews, beans, and Cajun boils and no intention of getting rid of it. But curiosity has overwhelmed me. I hope someone here can help

In the absence of a gate mark, and if there is certainty they aren't letters or numbers that have been eroded somehow, one "might" assume they are multiple sprue marks. Which wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility on a large format piece. Large pieces continued to be bottom gated for some time after side gating for smaller pieces became the norm. Still unusual, though.
