Hi All, got into CI about a year ago when I found my mother's skillet hanging in their basement. It need attention after 50 yrs non-use and setup my own Electrolysis bath & reseasoned after much research from this site & others.
It was fun and the pan is awesome. I was hooked, or as my wife calls it an obsession.
Looking to learn more and hopefully identify a really old pan I was recently given that was believed to be my great grandmother.
