Wapak 12

I have a Wapak 12 skillet with the plain logo and outer heat ring. I saw the same one on eBay went for $102 plus shipping. Mine has quite a bit of rust on the bottom, so I thought I would ask $50 on a local site here in Pennsylvania. Does that sound reasonable? Or am I dreaming? Thanks.
 
If it's not warped, cracked, or pitted, and doesn't suffer from worse than the usual Wapak casting anomalies, I'd say it's worth more than that. Is it surface rust (which can be easily removed), or has it eaten into the metal?
 
I don't see any warping, cracking or pitting. What is the best way to clean it up? Thanks for your help!
 
Thank you for that link! The rust seems to be superficial. However, my husband doesn't want me to see the pan. ;) So I guess I won't.
