So I have been looking for a camp oven and found this at the right price (free). It cleaned up real nice. The interior is not machined smooth but better than the new Lodge DO's.
So is this considered a spider skillet or a camp oven (DO)? I imagine I can use it for either purpose. I assume it's not very old and probably an import (any idea on the maker) but it should work good for camping.
By the way, its 3.5 inches deep by 10.75 inches diameter (must have shrunk some when it cooled:icon_rofl
so about 4.75 quarts or so.
