I posted earlier about information on a possible BSR Dutch Oven...now for a possible BSR Chicken Fryer? Like the dutch oven...all pieces are in dire need of cleaning.
I'm thinking BSR since the lid handle is tapered and the styling of the skillet handle (see below). Has 8B on either side of the lid handle.
Not sure if anything is on the inside of the lid due to it's condition.
The bottom is horrible but doesn't seem to be a heat ring. I'm interested to see what shows up under all that gunk once it's cleaned up.
I have another BSR 8 skillet that was passed down to me from the same grandparent and her mother used it. I also recently inherited a #5 8in Wagner skillet in great condition. Smooth bottom and doesn't spin at all!
Any information on this item (a chicken fryer?) would be appreciated!!!
