I picked up an Eddyville Prison #16 (I know, I know, evidence now suggests these were not made using prison labor) for the express purpose of making pizza. An enormous pan, and as might be expected, very heavy. They actually make a #20 as well, but my 16 sits flat (which is rare) and is big enough.

I would love to see pics of this skillet. Is Eddyville prison in KY? I used to live there and it sounds familiar.
